Steve Rice - Assistant Instructor

Steve Rice Sensei first began Aikido training under James Jones Sensei in 1992 at the age of 17.

The dojo soon joined the A.A.A. under Shihan Fumio Toyoda and he received his black belt under Shihan Toyoda in 2001.

He received his 2nd, 3rd, and 4th degrees under Sato Sensei.

While he cross-trains in Kempo Karate, Gung-fu, Kenjitsu and Muay Thai he says Aikido will always be his greatest love. He also studied Goju Karate starting at the age of 10, before switching over to Aikido.
